We have a motivated and talented group of people that we want to retain, support and develop. Recognising the efforts of those who work with us, we needed to ensure that they are well protected and comfortable. That's why we introduced Dhanalakshmi Yojana to provide a pension for those who served us even if it was for a minimal time. By ensuring a pension for their welfare, Dhanalakshmi Yojana reflects that those who stand with us will never be forgotten or overlooked.
